Short bio

I was born and raised in Vicenza, Italy, a world heritage site known for its Palladian architecture. After completing my scientific studies, I moved to Trento, Italy, where in 2017 I graduated with honors in Computer Science at the University of Trento. During the studies I have worked as a teaching assistant, in a design studio based in Modena, Italy, and in the IT directorate at the University of Trento.

I’m currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning at the ICT Doctoral School (Trento, Italy) and I’m always interested in opportunities to exchange knowledge and collaborate in challenging natural language processing problems.

Some curiosities about me:

  • In my freetime I enjoy photography.
  • One of my ultimate goals is to learn to communicate science (this is why I will keep a blog).
  • When I was 14, I developed one of the biggest play by chat medieval game in Italy.
  • I have played the electric guitar in a metalcore band.
